EVERY THURSDAY – FRESH VEAL FROM THE MERATA FARM“, VILLAGE OF KOVACHITSA, LOM MUNICIPALITY AT ZHENSKI PAZAR MARKET

Every Thursday you can find fresh veal at Zhenski Pazar Market, offered directly by the producers, thanks to the cooling truck of the Merata Farm, Village of Kovachitsa, Lom Municipality – this was announced by the municipal company “Vazrazhdane Markets“ EAD, managing Zhenski Pazar Market and „Dimitar Petkov“ Market. Meat is delivered straight from the farm, breeding almost 1000 animals, of special breeds, intended for meat production. The mobile butcher’s shop offers a wide variety of veal – from surloin and quarters, to boneless crops or liver.

The mobile shop can be found at the corner of the “Cyril and Methodius“ and “Samuil“ Streets at the Zhenski Pazar Market.

“Even after our first few visits to the Zhenski Pazar Market we already have our regular clients, who are here every time. This is because our meat is always fresh. I believe that this will be the case also at Dimitar Petkov Market. We cut the meat on-site and the fact that on every Thursday and Saturday we can be found at specific locations at both major markets, is an evidence of the quality of our agricultural products“, says Teodor Nikolov from the Merata farm.

The family farm in the Village of Kovachitsa has a complete production cycle – from the birth of the calf, through fattening and to the final product – meat and sausages. The mobile shop allows farmers to directly and quickly reach their clients.
