ZHENSKI PAZAR MARKET TO BE INCORPORATED INTO THE SOFIA ALTERNATIVE TOUR The “Vazrazhdane Markets“ EAD Executive Director Dragomir Dimitrov and the chairman of Association 365 Viktoria Delcheva signed a Memorandum of Cooperation for supporting the partner relations and establishing the positive image of Sofia and Bulgaria, for the promotion of the Zhenski Pazar Market as an attractive  tourist destination, part of the so called “Area of Tolerance“, as well as other sites, activities and events, taking part at the properties of the municipal company “Vazrazhdane Markets“ EAD. This cooperation will also cover the provision of information, to Bulgarians and foreigners in order to promote multicultural exchange.

The signing of the Memorandum with Association 365 is part of the implementation of the long-term strategy of the executive director of “Vazrazhdane Markets“ EAD Dragomir Dimitrov to transform Zhenski Pazar Market into an attractive tourist destination, which will contribute to attracting even more serious merchants and Bulgarian farmers and manufacturers, will ensure high quality of the products and services offered, and will attract more clients. Zhenski Pazar Market is not only a modern trading space, where goods and products of Bulgarian farmers and manufacturers, as well as products from the Middle East, are offered, but also a place for various social and cultural events.

Zhenski Pazar Market and the “Serdika“ Gallery, which are part of “Vazrazhdane Markets“ EAD, will host tourists within the Sofia Alternative Tour project, which takes place every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. The “Serdika“ Gallery is included in an attractive game, organized by Association 365, where letters are collected from various interesting tourist sites, as the tourists are required to take photos of these letters and if they manage to collect all letters, they produce a sentence with a positive message, representing Bulgaria’s capital.
