To remain in the height of the summer in Sofia and to feel the sea emotions and good mood, Art Gallery Serdica presents the exhibit “Summer Cocktail”. For all connoisseurs of the modern Bulgarian art the curators Diana Draganova-Shtir and Sonya Kovacheva have “mixed” artists and authors, artistic approaches, styles, techniques and art materials – combined in the parti-colored palette of the summer and the theme “Summer Cocktail”.
Everything is colorful during the summer, reminding us of sea adventures, passionate intrigues and unforgettable vacation. All aromas are saturated and bright, our senses intensified, transferring us into the season, which bring back memories of never-to-be-forgotten trips and travels, beach parties and hot summer nights, Diana Draganova-Shtir says.
From 27 July to 3 September 2021 in Art Gallery “Serdica” in the capital, provoking us with the sea breeze, we’ll be able to enjoy the art of the painters Georgi Ruzhev, Rositsa Getsova, Sasho Stoitsov, Svilen Stefanov, Ivan Kyuranov, Krasimir Dobrev, Leda Starcheva, Kiril Katsarov, Sonya Kovacheva and Deyan Yanev. Most of the artists have created especially for the gallery’s space their art works, which have never been shown until this moment. Though the prism of the personal style and vision, some of the artists will present three-dimensional plastics of various materials, with installations and objects, while others – with paintings, collages and drawings.
The opening is on 27 July 2021 (Tuesday) from 18:00 to 21:00 o’clock in compliance with any and all anti-epidemic measures. We’re expecting you!
